Permission Slip for Airsoft
This form must be returned in its entirety in order to play in any airsoft game
Airsoft weapons – similar to paintball, but using small vinyl bb’s fired at a Safe rate of speed (100-350 feet per second – enough to bruise bare skin but not enough to cause permanent injury). Full facemasks or woodworking glasses with hoodies must be worn by all players, and long sleeves and pants are encouraged.
If you do not have an Airsoft gun we will have a few extras as well as masks, butyou are encouraged to make arrangements with a member of the group to borrow a weapon ahead of time or you may find yourself empty-handed. You will also need to sign the permission slip below stating that you are allowed to play. In addition to signing this personally, anyone under the age of 18 must have parental permission.
I realize that Airsoft is a potentially dangerous game. I agree to keep my face-mask/ woodworking glasses hoody in place at all times while a game is in progress, and to otherwise NOT fire any Airsoft gun at anytime a game is not in progress. I also agree to follow the instructions of all leaders during the course of any Airsoft game. I realize that failure to follow any of these key rules will result in the denial of my airsoft privileges.

If you are under 18 years of age, this section must also be signed! The above-signed person is under 18 years old, but as legal parent or guardian, I understand the potential danger of the Airsoft game and here by give permission for my son or daughter to participate in the Airsoft activities this weekend.
